Doing business at Comet are proud winners of the Best Prepaid Programme at the Prepaid Awards 2010. The ceremony took place at the London Grosvenor Hotel on Thursday 7th October. We were awarded for our groundbreaking mobile phone based prepaid SMS (short message service) voucher.
Our SMS Vouchers can be texted to any mobile. The 10 digit number is entered into the till system at any of Comet’s 250 stores nationwide, and is redeemed in a similar way to prepaid plastic cards.
Your customer doesn’t have to spend the full value of the voucher in one go. If they just spend part of it, we’ll text another voucher to them with what they have left on their balance.
The text has an expiry date too, so it’s clear when the voucher has to be used by. The voucher is a flexible and efficient alternative to existing prepaid channels.
We launched with Asperity Employee Benefit, the vouchers offer instant, flexible service to the end user, and are a simple, efficient and cost effective choice for the employee benefits providers. We now have a number of employee benefits providers using the SMS vouchers.
